WHY JOIN?

• Grab your UTV or ATV and start at The Loop Hole in Tomahawk, WI. There, you'll get your route through the Willow Flowage.
• There'll be several stops where you'll complete a small, super fun challenge to receive your ride ticket. (Even more fun stops this year!)
• Collect all stop tickets for the best chance to win prizes at your last stop of the day, The Loop Hole!

AFTER THE RIDE

• - After the ride, gather at The Loop Hole for prize drawings, live music, and fun!
• - See and demo the newest Polaris machines on a custom demo track!
• - Submit raffle tickets you collected along the ride to win AWESOME prizes.
• - Listen to live music by Ryan Daniel Band
• - WE'RE A FAMILY-FRIENDLY UTV RIDE!
• Kids can enjoy a bounce house and will get their own set of raffle tickets to use on a "JUST FOR KIDS!" table FULL of neat prizes!

THE SCHEDULE

• FRIDAY, SEPT. 19 - Day before ride
  EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION: 9AM-5PM Register early if you'd like at Erv's Sales and Service

• NEW EVENT KICK-OFF BONFIRE: Dusk at the Loop Hole hosted by the area ATV/UTV clubs
  
  SATURDAY, SEPT. 20 - Day of the Ride

• REGISTRATION: 9AM-11AM the day of the event at the Loop Hole (and 9AM - 5 PM at Erv's the day before the event).
• NEW BREAKFAST BUFFET: 8-11 AM The Loop Hole will have an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet for $12.99 for hungry riders.
• NEW HONOR GUARD: 10 AM The Honor Guard will raise the flag, fire a volley and play the colors to kick off the ride!
• RIDE: 10AM - 3:30PM Head out and ride as soon as you register. Stops will be manned with our activity volunteers from 10AM - 3:30PM. Find all the stops or just some. The more tickets you collect, the more chances to win prizes! Then head back to The Loop Hole whenever you'd like to partake in Polaris machine demos, music, food & fun!
• POLARIS DEMOS: Noon - 5PM Demo the newest Polaris machines on a customer demo track and chat with experts from Polaris.
• FOOD: 4PM - 5PM All-you-can-eat Dinner buffet available at the Loop Hole for $14.99. (Beef tips and all the fix-ins)
• RAFFLES: 4PM - 5PM - Riders will submit their tickets into the raffles of their choosing. Options to purchase additional tickets and enter 50/50 raffles.
• WINNERS ANNOUNCED: 5PM - 5:30PM - Raffle winners announced and helmet competition winner is crowned.
• MUSIC: Ryan Daniel Band starts at 6PM!
